feet of ocean frontage on a beautiful 6 mile stretch of sandy beach.
We are situated on Hwy. 101 on the Central Oregon Coast, and have a low bank and easy access.
Waldport, the Alsea Bay and River are 2 miles north. 6 miles south are Yachats, the
Yachats River and a spectacular rocky shoreline.

ACCOMMODATIONS. . . One and two bedroom units.
Fully equipped kitchens. Fireplaces. Decks and picture windows. Cable TV with VCR. Direct Dial Phones. Some garages.
SERVICES. . . We do not provide daily maid service, however, towels and linens are furnished. Maid service may be scheduled
a at least 24 hours in advance for an hourly fee. Firewood may be purchased from the Office with advance notice 
RESERVATIONS. . .
We recommend that you make reservations in advance. A four night minimum applies during Thanksgiving. A three night minimum applies for Summer, Spring Break, Christmas & 3-day weekends, a 2 night minimum applies at all other times. The MINIMUM charge will be based
on the number of people, beds, and nights reserved. For reservations of less than 7
nights, we require a deposit equal to the first and last night's stay. For reservations
of 7 days or more, we require a deposit equal to 1/2 your total stay. Your deposit
may be charged to Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover at the time you make your reservation.
The balance of your reservation must be paid upon check-in. If using cash or check to pay balance, a credit card imprint will be required at check-in.
Check-Out is 11:00am
Check-In is after 3:00pm - Please notify us if you will be arriving after 8:00pm

CANCELLATIONS. . .
We charge a cancellation fee for ALL cancelled reservations. For a refund of your
deposit (minus cancellation fee of $25.00 per unit), we MUST be notified at least 30 days prior
to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation
after the 30 day limit, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a cancellation
fee (of up to one night's rent), ONLY if we are able to re-rent your unit for all the days
of your reservation
